These transcripts are published prior to 1992 by Marten Walsh Cherer & Co and from 1992 until 1996 by John Larkin and Co and from 1996 onwards by Smith Bernall, all of whom were appointed official shorthandwriters to the Crown Office List and now Administrative Court, and Court of Appeal respectively.

Also published are some reported decisions published by Butterworth and Sweet and Maxwell publishers

The transcripts are published on this site for the purposes of research and private study, and for criticism, review and news reporting, and are therefore exempt from the Copyright Design and Patents Act, 1988 under section 29 and section 30 of that Act.
