Sir,
As well as appointing special prosecutors to increase the percentage of
convictions in rape cases might we ask too that the government seek
submissions from those wrongly accused and in some cases wrongly
convicted of rape and other serious sexual offences including former
Minister Neil Hamilton, the actor Craig Charles, and Roy Burnett who
served 15 years in gaol for a rape he didn't commit and which probably
never happened?
