In Snowdonia

The seven photographs below were taken with my camera on a trip to Snowdonia in 1985 or 86; I think they were actually taken on Mount Snowdon although I can ’t be sure of either the location or the precise date. Yours Truly is in the first photograph, with eyes closed and clean shaven – something I haven ’t been since 1997. The only other member of the group I can identify – or remember by name – is Peter Coupe – who is the man with the moustache standing next to me in the second photograph. This trip also inspired the poem Yanks On Safari (which is long lost – unfortunately or otherwise).
