This book is my magnum opus; it contains the essence of my political philosophy which was developed from my early teens up until its publication in 1996, and covers everything from individual liberty to the vexing issue of race and the forever unspoken issue of financial reform. Although I am older and sadder, if not wiser, I would make no significant changes if I were to write it today.
