ACLU opposes polygraph tests for rape victims

Leaving aside feminist nonsense about “rape is rape”, not all rape victims are equal. No police officer with half a brain would insist on polygraphing an elderly woman who has been beaten senseless and sexually violated in her own home, but the drug addict or prostitute who claims to have been raped last week...?

The most important sentence of this article is the last one which alludes to a 43% drop in rape complaints for one county. Why do you think that was?
